How To Whitelist Our Email Address
Many Internet service providers and email providers have filtering systems or email blocking in place to protect you from unsolicited or unwanted email. Unfortunately, these same systems often prevent email that you want to receive from reaching you!
For this reason, you will need to whitelist our email address to ensure you receive vital updates and announcements from us regarding the course you purchased or report you downloaded.
Generally, all you need to do is to add our email addresses to your address book or contacts list within your email account: [email protected]
Gmail Users Please Follow These Instructions:
1. In your inbox, locate an email from [email protected] (for example, the ‘welcome’ email for the course you just purchased).
Most likely this will be in your ‘Promotions’ tab.
2. Click then drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox:
